Nadia Ayoubi, President and CEO of Cogent Solutions, Inc., brings over 15 years of business and executive management experience to her role. With a diverse background and a proven leadership record, she oversees operations, strategic growth, and expansion into classified government contracting. An immigrant of Afghan descent, Nadia is fluent in English, Urdu, Hindi, Dari, and conversational Punjabi, making her an exceptional leader in multicultural environments.
She has successfully founded and managed multiple retail businesses in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area and now focuses on driving innovation at Cogent Solutions. Nadia also founded HummingBirds Consulting, an international IT firm recognized for its forward-thinking approach to technology and government contracting.
A dedicated community advocate, she resides in McLean, Virginia, with her husband, Puneet, and their three children. Actively involved in politics and volunteerism, Nadia emphasizes citizenship and community service while advancing Cogent Solutions as a leader in IT, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.
Arnold Huff
Chief Growth Officer
Mr. Huff is a highly motivated, results-oriented executive with a documented track record for success in commercial and government business development. Mr. Huff worked as a Systems and Network engineer and has operated his own Managed Services Provider company. As a Chief Growth Officer, his focus is on developing public and private sector business opportunities that provide solutions in Enterprise Software, Network Security, Cybersecurity, e-business, enterprise services and systems integration across a variety of industries.
He has 30+ years of progressive experience as an Information Technology network/systems engineer, account manager, sales manager, director of business development, Vice President of Sales and a senior managing partner for a Government Consulting firm. As an independent business consultant, Mr. Huff developed, published and conducted training seminars on strategies and techniques for selling to government agencies for the American Management Association (AMA). He has provided sales consulting services to corporate sales organizations including AT&T, Hitachi Vantara, Polaroid, Verizon, Quaker Oats, and Westinghouse to name a few.
He is a frequent keynote speaker and panelist for various corporate meetings and IT industry conferences and sits on a number of Advisory Boards.

As a co-founder, Glen played a key role in establishing the company as a leading provider of IT services to federal agencies and Department of Defense clients. He specializes in designing and implementing enterprise-wide distributed systems, focusing on integrating commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products to create scalable, efficient, and secure IT solutions.
Under his leadership, Cogent Solutions achieved industry-recognized certifications such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2013, and ISO 20000-1:2018, reflecting his commitment to excellence. As CTO, Glen oversees the company’s technical vision and strategy, ensuring its continued innovation. His expertise spans network engineering, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity, enabling Cogent to deliver robust solutions that meet the complex needs of its clients. Puneet Ahluwalia serves as the Chairman of the Board of Cogent Solutions, Inc., bringing decades of expertise in business consultancy, government relations, and strategic development. A seasoned leader, he plays a key role in shaping the company’s vision, fostering innovation, and driving its mission to deliver top-tier IT services and solutions to federal agencies.
Alongside his leadership at Cogent Solutions, Ahluwalia is an influential political figure and business strategist. He serves on the State Central Committee of the Republican Party of Virginia and is the managing partner of New World Strategies LLC. He has held critical roles at Franklin Global Group LLC and George Allen Strategies, excelling in business development and government relations.
In 2023, Ahluwalia was the Republican nominee for Dranesville District Supervisor on the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors, focusing on tax reduction, public safety, and education reform. An immigrant from India, he’s built multiple businesses with his wife, Nadia, in Fairfax County.

Bob Good
Business Development
Bob Good was elected to Congress in 2020 and served four years as the U.S. Representative for Virginia’s 5thDistrict. He was a member of the House Freedom Caucus for 4 years, and was elected the organization’s fifth chairman in December of 2023, after serving the previous year as the Whip.
Bob servedfour years on the Budget Committee, and was a member of the Republican Study Committee’s Budget Task Force. He also served four years on the Education and the Workforce/Labor Committee, serving the last two years as the Chairman of the Health, Employment, Labor and Pensions (HELP) Subcommittee.
Prior to his election to Congress, Bob served one term on the Campbell County Board of Supervisors from 2015 to 2019. He also worked as the Senior Associate Athletics Director for Development at Liberty University for 15 years, following a 17-year career with CitiFinancial.
Bob attended Liberty University, where he was a member of the wrestling team and earned a Bachelor of Science in finance and a Master of Business Administration.
